- Investigation in the case of identity disclosure

• Legal & Ethics Department shall be notified in the case of any identity disclosure
• Legal & Ethics Department shall investigate how the identity was leaked and punish relevant persons.

- No disadvantage in relation to performance of duty

• No disadvantage shall be placed on reporters or persons cooperating with investigations in relation to performing their duties.
• It shall be clearly stated that there may be penalties for non-compliance.

- No leaking of the identity of reporters or persons cooperating with investigations

- No tracking of reporters or persons cooperating with investigations

- Punishment of persons who violate their obligation to protect reporters and persons cooperating
  with investigations
